Construction

This is the phase where the design starts to take shape and becomes a reality.
We complete documentation for the tender process + assist with the evaluation of tenders.
We liaise and collaborate with other consultants – architects, landscape architects, engineers, A/C, audio, etc – and integrate their documentation.
After final sign off of the documentation and costing, our drawings and schedules are issued for construction. We attend site, consultant and client meetings to ensure the design is executed to plan!
During this stage, the vision for your home is completed with the final selection of furniture + furnishings. Estimates of furnishings are obtained for approval, then finalized for sign off.
